My name is Josh, and I am a loser!. Of course LOSER, to me, is a compliment! I’ve been overweight my whole life. I’ve done all the diet and exercise plans, lost all the way to 280 in 2008, but gained back to 390 in Feb of 2011. This year, I finally found my motivation to change my life, and am intentionally working my plan. This will be where I chronicle my journey. I hope it helps you! I AM A LOSER!

Although it took him a while, 3 months to lose some weight, he lost about 20 kg and it is a proper diet. You could read more about this on the website. I can guarantee that it really works.
